Why Get Help

The paperwork is worth doing right

It’s in the employer’s and caregiver’s best interest to hire a professional to assist with the rigours of the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) application. One wrong detail can slow the whole process down — we make sure that doesn’t happen.

What is an LMIA?

LMIA (short for Labour Market Impact Assessment) is a labour market verification process whereby Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) assesses an offer of employment to ensure that the employment of a temporary foreign worker will not have a negative impact on the Canadian labour market.
